I understand acceptance is a commitment to show, and no resale or transfer of space or sharing of space is allowed. The undersigned hereby releases and forever discharges the Thornebrook Village and cooperating parties from all manner of actions, suits, sums of money, damages, controversies, claims, and demands from any loss or damage to the undersigned property. I agree to be present for the duration of the show and to remain until closing on Sunday. I will abide by the rules and regulations of the show. All decisions of the jury and show committee are final. The Festival reserves the right to make final interpretations of the rules.

Application Information
Application Deadline: Application must be postmarked by May 30, 2012. No late or incomplete applications will be accepted. Notification of acceptance will be mailed by June 30, 2012.
Digital Submission: CD with art files.jpg format. File size no more than 2MB & no less than 300KB at a resolution of 120 DPI., RGB mode. Entries should contain artist name with 4 with images one being a booth view. Please verify that all images are virus free.
Ineligible Entries: Country crafts, works which are mass produced or manufactured, made from commercial molds, kits or patterns, commercial displays, taxidermy, crocheting, knitting, velvet painting, manufactured or kit jewelry, candles, ceramics from commercial molds, and art supplies. Buy/sell or imports will not be tolerated.
Jury Process: The jury is made up of qualified local artists, art educators and gallery owners evaluating images for quality and originality and technical expertise.
Check-in and set-up: Artists must check-in with a photo ID before setting up. Check-in process begins on Friday, October 12 at 12pm. Artists accepted into the show are responsible for their own set-up, assistance will be available. There are limited electrical outlets available.
Friday night will be Opening night with exciting music.
It is required that all booths be set up and open by 4:30
Parking: After unloading please move your vehicle to designated area for artists. Parking ID must be posted on dashboard. Vehicles improperly parked will be towed.
Taxes: Each exhibitor is responsible for collecting Florida Sales Tax and reporting it directly to the Florida Department of Revenue. You can register for a sales tax ID# at myflorida.com - you must have your sales tax number with you at the show. Alachua county sales tax is 6%.
Security: Overnight security provided. Displays and work are left at your own risk. Artwork and belongings must be contained within your space.
Pets: No pets will be allowed in the show area.
