I understand acceptance is a commitment to show, that no refunds will be made for cancellation after acceptance to

show, and that no resale or transfer of space or sharing of space is allowed. The undersigned hereby releases and forever

discharges the Thornebrook Shopping Village and cooperating parties from all manner of actions, suits, sums of

money, damages, controversies, claims and demands from any loss or damage to the undersigned’s property. I agree

to remain until the closing of the show on Sunday and to abide by the rules and regulations of the show. All decisions

of the jury and show committee are final. The Festival reserves the right to make final interpretation of the rules.
