Judges

Wendy H. Outland received her BFA from Ringling College of Art and Design and has worked in arts administration since 1981. She has served as Assistant Registrar at Ringling Museum of Art in Sarasota, Florida Department of State's first public art program director, curator for Tallahassee's Capitol Complex Exhibits, and manager of Blue Spiral 1 gallery in Asheville, NC. In 2004, she established WHO KNOWS ART, providing consultation services to individual artists, galleries and arts organizations.
